The Services and Support Division assists individuals and families in identifying, acquiring and coordinating those programs and services for which they are eligible and desire.

As changes are made at the State Level, Services and Supports will do all that it can to multiply the building of many strong bridges between our agency, individuals and families and other community resources and providers of service. 

The top goals for the Service and Support Division are as follows:

    1. Support both the Agency and Individual Consumer to insure the best Service for consumers and to be able to continue those services into the future.

    2. Single Contact for easy and effective access from consumers, families, providers and other community entities.

    3. Single Plan that clearly articulates the top priorities of each client as valued by that consumer. This plan will effectively reflect a clear and seamless package of service, whether it involves only minimal numbers of participants or many.

Additional responsibilities of this department include: coordinating eligibility determination for all MRDD services; providing information and referral services; and coordinating with agencies to provide services. All Service and Support Staff are advocates for eligible individuals.
